Return & Exchange Policy
At the Coin Supply Store, your satisfaction is paramount to us. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you may return it within 30 days.*
*If the coin supply store has filled your order as you have requested, your refund will be the cost of the mercandise only. If there has been an error in the filling of your order, we will refund you the cost of the product, and shipping.
The following items are not returnable for refund, credit or exchange:

- Coin Cleaning Products
How to return your order:
If you have received the wrong order, looking to exchange your order, or would just like a refund, please follow the steps below.
- Please repackage the items as closely as you can to the way that they were received and make sure the box is secure and taped well.
- Please include a copy of your order for reference. If you no longer have your invoice, please include a paper with your name and order number inside of your package.
- Please provide details of your return such as why you are returning the item as well as if you would like a refund or exchange. You can include this with your return or send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org
